How It Works

    Ship

    Lady M cakes are conveniently shipped to your doorstep frozen to ensure the integrity and quality of our cakes are maintained.

    Store

    Cakes can remain frozen for up to two months, so you can order early and store the cakes in your freezer.

  3. 3

    Enjoy

    Once ready, please allow a minimum of 12 hours for your cake(s) to defrost in your refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. For more details and instructions, please visit our instructions page.

    We recommend selecting a pick-up date as close as possible to each respective holiday.

    Enjoy

    While our cakes can remain refrigerated for 2-3 days after pick-up, our cakes are best enjoyed within 1-2 days for maximum freshness.

How It Works

Although we highly recommend reserving your holiday cakes for pick up to ensure you get the exact cake you are looking for, all of our boutiques will be available for walk-in service as well.

Please note that our boutique hours and offerings will vary during the holiday season.

Frequently Asked Holiday Questions

Is there a way to request a delivery window or specific delivery time?

Typical FedEx delivery hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday–Friday. The tracking number will show the estimated delivery time and date, which is subject to change as the driver is in transit. If you receive a message that says your package will be delivered by end of day, your package should arrive before 8 p.m. Please note we have no control over the times received once the order is in transit, so it is best to make sure your order arrives ahead of time for your event.

How can I ensure my holiday gift will arrive before my event?

We recommend choosing a delivery date that is two to five business days from the date of your event. The cake can be kept frozen until ready to defrost.

Will FedEx call me upon delivery?

FedEx or our shipping partner, Periship, will only contact the recipient number on file if there is a delay or issue with your order while in transit. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking website for the most up to date delivery status.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging for holiday orders?

All Lady M cakes will be shipped in our signature navy blue insulated bag, which is reusable, along with a complimentary Lady M plastic cake knife. Our Bon Bons come readily packaged for gifting.

Are there any discounts for bulk holiday orders?

Planning on ordering 20+ gift sets? You can request a quote via hello@ladym.com. If planning a corporate order, please submit your request through https://www.ladym.com/corporate.

Can I send to different addresses in one order?

We can only ship to one address per order.

I’m sending this as a gift. Will it include a receipt?

All orders will ship out with a gift invoice, so no need to worry if you want your order to be a surprise or do not want to have the billing information and prices shown. We do recommend adding a message card to your order and including your name so the recipient knows who it is from.

My order shows it is delayed! What should I do?

Our Bon Bons are shelf stable and we package our cakes with enough dry ice to last in transit in case of a delay. That said, we still recommend you contact us immediately via phone (212.452.2222), chat, or email us at hello@ladym.com with your order number so we can promptly assist you if you have any inquiries or concerns with your order.

I missed the shipping deadline! Do you offer any last minute holiday gifts?

We offer a selection of whole cakes and Bon Bons available for pick-up at our boutiques. Please place your order at least two days in advance before 12 p.m. local time. Click here to view our full selection.
