Have you heard? We have a brand new Mille Crêpes cake flavor...
...meet Tiramisu Mille Crêpes! This is the newest cake to join our Lady M family. Made from layers upon layers of lacy, handmade crêpes and a luxurious crème pâte à bombe, this cake captures the true flavors of a classic tiramisu. We top it with hand-whipped mascarpone (look how voluptuous and plush that is) and a generous dusting of cocoa powder.
You see that middle layer? It's a layer of espresso-soaked sponge cake! We use our classic Lady M sponge cake recipe, and combine it with just-pulled shots of espresso. It is divine. This is the first time we've ever incorporated sponge cake into layers of a mille crêpes cakes and we are head over heels for the crêpe and cake combination. Make sure to get both in one bite. This cake is going to be a new favorite :)
