Meet the Lady M Pink Éclair! These beauties will be available at all Lady M New York and California boutiques for the month of October. This is a very special project, as 100% of the proceeds from October Pink Éclairs sales will benefit breast cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Come support a wonderful cause, and enjoy a delicious treat while you’re at it.Much like our Chocolate Éclair and Green Tea Éclair, these Pink Éclairs start with our classic choux pastry dough. We pipe, bake, let cool and then fill with a lush strawberry custard cream and baby pink chocolate. There’s a pretty pink glaze on top to bring it all together. And well, when something tastes as wonderful as it looks...that makes us very happy. As for pairing, Pink Éclairs go best with a pot of our Sencha tea, a lovely Japanese green tea. Hot or iced, your pick. We also offer our teas in retail tubes, just check near the cash register (these make great gifts and omiyage for family and friends).
